We heard back from
the transplant team and all is well.
They are not concerned with the beta strep in Karen's urine. Karen is receiving antibiotics and they
expect no complication from the strep.
The transplant is
still on for tomorrow! First day of
spring… NEW LIFE!!!

PRAISE THE LORD! We are lifting you all up in prayer!
May the works of God the Father be revealed in Karen and Sawyer for His glory, the exaltation of Jesus Christ, and the joy of the DeBause family (John 9:1-3)!
Hi Toby. This is Ali Esperat. Robb and I have been reading your updates and praying, though i've never commented here. The staff at VBCC will also be joining so many others and praying for Sawyer, Karen, and your precious family tomorrow morning.
Hallelujah!!!
I'm off all day tomorrow. CALL ME if you need ANYTHING! Okay? Prayers for all involved!
Praying for this "mountain to be moved," Toby and Karen! May all be done in His will and with God's grace for all the details. Sorry we missed the blessing ystdy, but am thankful for the outpouring of love over your family. Praise the Lord for the family of Christ.
Love you!
Feeling anxious feelings for you and Sawyer tonight, Karen. Maybe these feelings are just part of the spiritual warfare that must be fought in the Heavenlies as God's Heavenly Host fights for victory ahead of you. Regardless of the reason, WE KNOW GOD IS ABLE. And, you have asked for prayer support...and so prayer support you shall receive. It is an honor to be a part of the body of Christ with you, and to experience these empathetic pains on your behalf...especially if it means that you and your family are at perfect peace. As they say, "Give your worries to God. He'll be up all night anyway." Think I'll take my own advice here, lol. :)
Just a note to let you know that Sawyer, Karen and you all are and will remain in my prayers tomorrow and through the whole healing process, and you are also in the prayers of my church here in Maine. We care a lot.
I am so glad that you are able to know the comfort that comes from the love of God, through His people and that you are surrounded by a family of faith, both near and far. The Lord will continue to uphold you and your family.
May He bless you always!
